Our 6-week trial includes 18 Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) sessions, offering a comprehensive strength-focused fitness experience. Participants will have the opportunity to train three times per week, building strength, improving movement, and enhancing overall fitness.
The trial also includes goal-setting with a coach, 12 complimentary large group sessions, two InBody scans per month, VALD performance testing, nutritional guidance, and access to TeamBuildr for progress tracking. Throughout the trial, you’ll receive personalized coaching, continuous accountability, and a final check-in to assess your progress and plan your next steps.
