SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

SGPT (Small Group Personal Training) is a training format where a small group of individuals (maximum 5 per SGPT pod) work with a personal trainer in a more intimate setting compared to larger group classes.

This approach allows for personalized coaching, more focused attention, and tailored workouts while fostering a supportive community environment. SGPT combines the benefits of personal training with the camaraderie of group sessions.

WHAT ARE LARGE GROUP SESSIONS?

Our Engine sessions are designed to enhance cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, and overall fitness by incorporating a variety of low-intensity, full-body exercises. These sessions typically include a combination of aerobic and anaerobic activities such as bodyweight movements, and interval training.

The goal is to maintain a steady heart rate in Zone 2. This zone, typically around 60-70% of your maximum heart rate, promotes fat burning and builds aerobic capacity while allowing you to sustain effort over longer periods.

Our HYROX class is a workout that combines strength, endurance and functional fitness. Inspired by the global HYROX race, this class is designed to test your fitness across multiple disciplines. Whether you’re training for an event or just want to level up your performance, this is the ultimate workout for those wanting to challenge themselves.

Functional Strength Training: Build power with sled push, kettlebell work and resistance exercises.

Endurance Workouts: Running intervals, SkiErg and rowing challenges.

Full Body Conditioning: Master movements like wall balls, burpees and lunges to build stamina.

Race Day Simulations: Experience the intensity and excitement of a HYROX event in every class.

A scalable, carhop-driven class using erg machines to build stamina and cardiovascular capacity. Through sustained efforts and controlled pacing, you’ll train your heart and lungs to work more efficiently, improving your ability to maintain effort for longer periods of time.

A Sweat Saturday class is all about getting your heart pumping and your body moving with a high-intensity workout designed to torch calories and build strength. Expect a fast-paced session that combines sprints, interval training, bodyweight exercises, and sometimes weights to push your endurance to the max.

The class will keep you on your toes with a variety of exercises that challenge both your stamina and strength, all while creating an energizing atmosphere. It’s the perfect way to wrap up your week with a serious sweat session!
